We checked into the motel in Cody, Wyoming, went to eat at Bubba's Barbeque and then went to a rodeo which was only a mile down the road from here. Really enjoyed it. We are ready to get a night's sleep. Tomorrow is Yellowstone day.
As we crawled the mountain, the road was winding from side to side and then we could look back at the road. Mel stated he wondered if we would see anything nicer! We have just begun!
We drove through Bighorn Natural Forest. It was so overwhelming--wow- is about what I can say. The elevation was 8900 and the temp was 69. When we got to 3500 elevation the temp was 92. Pictures just don't do justice.
We saw antelope as we drove along the road to Cody
This morning we had the oil changed in the car, and washed the car at this car wash

We just got home today. I'm so glad you got to see a blast at crazy Horse. They weren't doing any while we were there. Keep up the good work on the blog!! It's exciting for us to see your pictures.
